If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned within 30 days of order for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

The product must be in it's original unopened condition with all tags attached and include all original packaging materials.

We are unable to refund damaged or used items.

We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations on the site. This is not a Vilanz.co.uk error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in instances of our error. We will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery.
